Happy Lemon

My recent visit left me feeling deeply disheartened and let down. Last Sunday, my friend lost her handbag during our visit to the shop, and what followed was a frustrating ordeal that no one should have to endure. We reached out to the staff for help, hoping they would assist us in locating the lost item. Initially, they seemed understanding, but their actions told a different story. Despite our pleas, the staff continuously promised to share the CCTV footage with us, assuring us it would be provided the next day. Each day passed without any follow-through on their promises, leaving us feeling more and more hopeless. It's not just about a lost handbag; it's about the lack of empathy and accountability displayed by the staff. We should all empathize with each other because anyone could find themselves in a similar situation

My order is usually made incorrectly and I'm told I didn't order correctly when I try to say something. They also close their kitchen early anytime I try to order food I ask what time the kitchen closes and I'm always told a different time. I'll even say it's 20 minutes till (the time they say) and they just say sorry it's already close. Even though people before me and some people after me can order food. Makes me really sad.

Who doesnt want a happy lemon? My favorites are A2: black tea with salted crme cheese. And the grapefruit Yakult. I get both 25% sweet and light ice. And I always get a bubble waffle for the kids. Regular sweet, like most places, are really sweet.
