One of our friend recommended Ray whom he helped to buy a house. We were first time home buyer with zero idea regarding the complete process. Ray was always there with us from start to end. Explained each process with ease and in depth explanation. He is an awesome agent and more than that he is a wonderful person. He is very comfortable to work with, friendly, punctual, dedicated, patient and fun loving guy. He never pushed us to put an offer. He was always there when we needed him. When we started searching home we knew him as an agent whom we met for the first time and when we got our home in between 4-5 months we got a friend. Ray is awesome in predicting the market, putting the offer and exceptional eye on details.

Ray did an amazing job in selling my home and guiding me through the entire process. Ray has helped numerous family members in buying and selling homes, and at this point I wouldn't ever want to work with someone else. He is honest, a hard worker, extremely patient, and a gentleman to boot! Selling a house in this economic climate had some potential hurdles, but Ray navigated them perfectly and was able to facilitate a quick sale at a great price!  I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell their home to work with Ray...he is fantastic!!!

Raymond is probably the best real estate agent that we have come across in the process of selling 2 homes and buying 2 homes. He's friendly understands exactly what the client wants asks all the right questions and is very responsive. As such he has also become a good friend.   Definitely take advantage of his photographer for your photos as they added a huge bonus. We are still in the process of moving to our new home in Idaho and we are still in contact with him as he continues to help us through the process. He even got us in contact with a good mortgage broker and realtor in Idaho for our purchase here.

We are first time home buyers, and Raymond was very helpful and patient in explaining several steps of the process. Raymond is very quick and responsive (super quick to text back or call back, which is especially important when we were in a couple bidding situations). We don't currently live very close to where we wanted to purchase, so we appreciated the ways he helped us by previewing properties we were interested in first, prior to the weekends in which we would then go down to see the homes. This helped us to narrow down our lists weekly, so we could see homes efficiently. We also really appreciated that he wasn't pushy about our offers, and also took into account our maximum number and what we felt comfortable with. We would recommend Raymond to potential buyers.

We must take some time to say how wonderful it was to have Raymond as or Realtor. As first-time home buyers in the Bay Area market, it was a pretty discouraging thought to be looking for our first home with little knowledge on how things really worked and such high competition out there. We knew we had to get out there and try to buy even though inside we thought that there was no way we could afford a house much less outbid anyone in this market. Reading and research on the market only go so far and we needed a great Realtor. I mean a great Realtor, not just a good one. Ray was very open, down to earth and best of all, he advised and protected us from bad deals even if it could line his pockets more to steer us into a bad deal. We interviewed 8 Realtors before choosing to work with Raymond as we really do our research as best we can. Raymond has great reviews, years of experience in the market and works with you as a team to achieve your home ownership dreams through this crazy market. He even helped us out with providing a good lender-Belana with WellsFargo (we researched other lenders on our own to make sure we were getting the best deal). Ray coached us through every step, disappointments when we missed a home or two and helped us see the next positive opportunity to come our way. Even after we closed on our new home, problems popped up and even though his job was technically done, he responded to us quickly and took care the the issues when he didn't have to. He cares for his clients and values the relationship, not just the money! Valuing the relationship in addition to experience is what makes this guy a great Realtor! We look forward to buying and selling with Raymond again in the future. Even if you think you can't afford a home, give this guy a call, he's one of the best out there!
