We had a very good experience purchasing a mattress for my sons bed. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient! He showed us several mattresses and gave us information about each. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure we got the mattress that my son wanted at a price that I was comfortable with. He went above and beyond by looking up the new bed frame wed purchased to see if we needed a box spring or not. He was cheerful the whole time and thanked us for our business. Good customer service is important to me and Id say we received GREAT customer service! I would highly recommend visiting Paul at the Tully Rd. location to assist you with your mattress purchase!

(I'm not giving stars based on the price/value of the mattress, bed frame, etc) Before visiting, I was quite surprised to see that this place had a 4.9-star rating, especially since most of my friends had negative experiences at other Mattress Firm locations. However, given its high rating, my wife and I decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed. Our sleep expert, Paul, was exceptionally professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that our experience purchasing a mattress and bed base was seamless. He allowed us to take our time trying out different mattresses without any pressure. Moreover, Paul was attentive and answered all our questions about each mattress we tried. Understanding our need to have the mattress delivered the next day, Paul meticulously reserved a delivery slot even before we finalized our purchase, ensuring that we would receive our delivery as requested. During the payment process, when I expressed interest in financing at a 0% interest rate for 24 months through a new "Mattress Firm Synchrony" credit card, Paul was exceptionally clear and straightforward. He provided detailed information about the 0% interest policy, including the requirement to pay the full purchase amount within 24 months to avoid any penalties. Furthermore, he highlighted that this credit card could not be used for non-Mattress Firm purchases if one wished to benefit from the deferred interest rate. Paul consistently provided clear information at every step, from the mattress trial and pillow selection to delivery. It was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, prompting me to write this review for Paul.

I was in and out quickly with the bed I wanted. Paul did an amazing job helping me to choose what I want and me to experiment with other options. The selection is great and the service is better in store. I got a mattress protector, a $250 pillow, and a $230 pair of sheets for FREE with my purchase. Also, I was able to finance for 24 months with 3% cash back! I definitely would recommend Mattress Firm after this experience and may never go anywhere else for my mattress. They also have free setup and removal of the old mattress and box spring! Everything was made easy, understandable, and fast thanks to Paul. Paul also was very insightful regarding the products and was quickly able to learn my preferences. Included is a photo of their luxurious Beautyrest black pillow top. Amazing comfort and support.
