BrandVia - Creating Brand Engagement

Extremely disappointed with their lack of enterprise customer support. There was an issue with my shipping address as it didn't append in their system but they were closed for three days straight and I couldn't get any help. I was awaiting a package for an event and was not able to get my items in time. Vivki Vinson from customer support (said lightly) has been nothing but confrontational and unapologetic. I ended up paying for expedited shipping on items I did not get in time, and they would NOT BUDGE on owning any responsibility for the system error and lack of attention during a long closure. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered a S, the shipment receipt said S. But the t-shirt they sent me was an L. How can you make a mistake here?

I've worked with BrandVia for a couple years, specifically with Veronica Mohr. Veronica does any and every order for me, keeping costs, turnaround time, and intended recipients in mind. She's extremely professional and fantastic to work with, and has a lot of joy in helping me come up with fun and unique ideas for gifts and giveaways. She's also pulled off some miracles for me. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I think the same goes for BrandVia as a whole. Their office has an entire showroom set up so you can go see all the latest and greatest products. This is a win/win/win for me!
