I have been using Growthplug for several years. Before this, I used several other companies to manage our Prosthodontist dental office online marketing. So far I am very happy with Growthplug, very personal as they set up a dedicated manager ( For me, it is Emily) for customers, so I can talk to Emily pretty much anytime to address any issues or want to make changes. Highly recommended.

I was in GrowthPlug until about a couple of months ago. Among the positives, they did build us a reasonably pretty (but still buggy at multiple places; see details below) website. Beyond that, I only have many negative things to say and warn all of you about it. Below lists only the highlights of the negatives. But, let me start with saying that the account representatives I interacted with were incredibly nice and sweet so my review below is about the company and services it offered to me. 1. Most shocking was that they cheated me out of a video shoot. When I signed up, I was promised two video shoots with the promotion for a 6-month installment payment plan. They provided me one at the start, and then refused to acknowledge the promotion. Shockingly, they refused to share the zoom recording that had the proof. The sales person (Andrew W), who promised me the deal, asked me for the date and time of the zoom recoding to look it up, and went silent after that (presumably, after he realized that I was right). So, I wouldn't trust what the sales reps of the company promise you. 2. The above was not a one-off. Other promises made by the sales rep also were ignored. E.g., for each of the installment payments, they overcharged me, and I had to get into many emails and arguments to fix the issue. E.g, they lied to me that I was being charged for taxes, when in reality there were no taxes levied on any of the payments eventually. 3. Website bugs. After months, I found many serious bugs. (i) The audio on the main video on my website was not working (it is their job to test), (ii) The video on the website was low quality, (iii) The phone-number to call and text was switched, etc etc. Each of these bugs, even after telling them about it, took weeks to fix. 4. Everything took a very long time with them. They took weeks to get the website up (weeks to edit the video which is a 1-2 hour job until I got tough with them). Setting up the campaign email took 10 days. 5. Many things they didnt do till I noticed and got tough with them. They didnt write any social media posts for a few months. Even after I got tough with them and they refunded for the last 2 months, they still didnt post anything for another 2-3 months. 6. They didnt do any page speed optimization for a few months. After I noticed and reminded them, it took them many weeks to do it. This, I know, is a few hours of work. Here too they lied to me (or tried to make a fool of me) that the update takes a few days/weeks to be reflected; it actually is instantaneous. 7. Search Engine Optimization. They will say and claim many things. But, in my opinion, they are clueless. They dont know what it is all about e.g., at the very least, they need to run the query using a VPN at your location. They dont. On the positive side, they do post monthly blogs which is likely the only thing they are doing actively with regards to seo (beyond having created the website and metatags, one time). They do not have a technical seo manager at least not till a few months ago when I asked to speak to one, I was sent over to my original sales person. 8. Towards the middle of the contract, I made them aware of the many disappointments and goof-ups on their part. They refused to let me get out of the contract on fair terms. Overall advice. Stay away from them (there are much better and reliable companies). If you do decide to go, just get every little detail in writing (e.g., installment payment amounts, promotion details, frequency of services they offer, how long will it take to schedule a meeting with the account rep, etc) do not trust anything they say verbally.

We have been working with Growthplug for about a year now. Moving from different company they have really shown us quality leads. Before we had many no show their appointments. Now almost all of them actually show up and are quality leads. They help with social media content to fill in our gaps between organic in office content. Appreciate all their help whenever we have questions or ideas. Very receptive. Thanks !
