Ordered a gate and paid to expedite it. The shipping company lost the gate for quite some time. By the time it was found and made its way to me it was significantly damaged with multiple bends in the spindles. It's also begun to rust... They initially said a new gate would be produced and sent out by the end of the week (this was Jan 31, 2023). That said it is now April 11th and I still don't have a gate or money back. I've called and emailed and the last offer I got was $500 off (I paid $3800 and this gate is seriously in bad shape - no one wants to pay $3300 for a gate that looks like this). Today I was told the owners are on a religious retreat (of all things!!) and wont be back until end of April. My credit card company is now working to resolve this on my behalf given the extent of how terrible this has been. From start to finish my experience has been pretty terrible - at one point I was considering buying the damage gate at a discount, getting the new one and ordering fencing for my exterior property from then despite the shipping issue but after this lack of resolution I don't feel they are ethically sound and just want my money back or a new gate to arrive today... Religion should guide business ethics and make it where you deliver a sound product - not try to make money by defrauding people and dodging accountability. This gate - even without damaging is much worse than products Ive gotten from Great Fence in the past. I would recommend that company above this one. They have a slightly longer lead time but this is terrible service with a bad product.

***BUYER BEWARE*** If you are attempting to buy out of state through this company: either a home owner, contractor, or gate specialist, let me help you understand my experience. I needed a 32' double gate with two 16' gates to open in the middle, motors, and keypad. they charged me 14,000.00 for the package. when my order arrived they sent me four 8' gates(=32'), no motors, posts, or keypads showed up. Before shipping I was informed by Justin (the owner) if something is missing refuse the whole order and send it back. so I did as he asked. the company charged me 3,800.00 for a restock fee!! and didn't refund the 75% for 3 months. Yea soak that in!! I have been installing gates for 15 years and have not run into this until I used a customer preference company for material. Find someone local or a better company to use.

I purchased a dual driveway gate from Standard Gates in CA. It was shipped across the country to NY for no extra charge. It was just what I was looking for and is quite uniqueyou just dont see gates like this in our area. The team at Standard Gates were readily available to answer questions, before and after I received the gate. The gate is robust and beautiful. The glossy black steel frame and rich batu wood complement each other. It really adds a flare to my property. If you are in the market for a gate, I would definitely recommend checking out Standard Gates.

Automatic and automated gate with keypads, video, and APP access. Exceptionally sturdy. Stunning easy to care for BRAZILIAN hardwood. Company is outstanding - responsive, follows up, honest, and BEST price in the Country. We love our gate!!! Thank you

Wow! What a great company. They made me two gates that exceeded my expectations. See the photos below. I did end up installing them myself and the electric and motors are still needing to be installed. I was sooo excited that I had to post some photos. The salesman that I worked with was so patient and they just absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had to use the slide option for mine due to my yard and fence layout. I think it worked out amazing! Just FYI, there is a $500 fee to expedite production if you want it under 4 weeks. I used that option and it worked great! Installation is easy if you have a universal socket kit and a hammer drill (Home Depot corded Hammer drill was $59) Hope this review helps! I am about to order a backyard gate from them also.
