The lady that helped me was professional and honest which is what I wanted. Its just discouraging to have to be selling off jewelry that means something to you while someone stands in front of you and tells you it's not worth the gas I wasted to drive there. But that's just the nature of the business I guess. This place has nice jewelry and a lot of designer perfumes for sale. It would he a great place for Christmas shopping for your significant other. I saw a lot of beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry for both men and women.

I came here to replace the battery of my watch, so I cannot speak for the jeweler overall.  I will definitely come back.  The location is convenient and service is friendly.

The Jewelery is very ugly and looks cheap. I think it might be hot from the cars in the area. Eric has no reputation. Poor quality.

Nice average Jeweler, located downtown San Jose. I think their prices are a little high however, good quality jewelry.
