The driver, Thomas Staats was professional, courteous, and punctual. He was also very knowledgeable about the area. The limousine was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was top-notch. Great service. Manager Stephen was so helpful and efficient helping me arrange for emergency transport for my elderly mother in law. We have used them again since, and once again they were on time and professional. We will use them whenever we need great, reliable car service.

Had an amazing day with True Elegance Limousines. We had the party bus for a Napa Valley wine tasting trip. Michael was fun, friendly, and knew the area well. The bus was beautiful and well stocked. I was very happy with the service we received on our trip and I will definitely use them for any events where I need luxury transportation. Give them a call. You wont be disappointed.
