Go with Kevin! I purchased a $40,000 truck from a dealer on West San Carlos Street in San Jose. After getting an inspection following the purchase, I found out I was scammed. I bought a car from a dealer that ended up having a bad hybrid battery and lots of other damage to it. The car was out of warranty, so the lemon laws didnt apply. I had lost all hope of getting my money back when Kevin agreed to take my case. He recovered all of my money and never charged me anything.
