Clean Oak Laundromat

Update!!! Under new management!! Yippee!!! They fixing it up now. Cant wait!! This place is in the best location but the place has so many problems I kick myself everytime I give them a chance...machines always broken...change machine is always out of change. Nothing worst than pulling wet clothes out of a broken machine. I went last night change machine not working and maybe 70% machines broken.

This place is always dirty, machines never wash or dry right. Brought this to maintenance person and the owner many times but owner blows it off then nothing changes next time you visit he just collects his money and leaves. I've finally found a laundry facility little more of a drive from home but definitely better machine and customer service. Will not return to The Bubble Factory

Dear Bubble Factory Laundromat Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I received during my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Upon arrival, I quickly discovered that none of the machines in the laundromat were working. I had come to Bubble Factory Laundromat specifically to do my laundry, but I was unable to do so due to the malfunctioning machines. This was incredibly inconvenient, as I had to take time out of my day to come to your laundromat and had to leave with nothing accomplished. Adding to the frustration, there was no staff available to help me with the situation. I was left on my own to deal with the non-functioning machines, and I found it unacceptable that no one was available to assist me. I have been a loyal customer of Bubble Factory Laundromat for some time, and I have always appreciated the convenience and efficiency of your establishment. However, this recent experience has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I would appreciate a prompt response to my complaint and a resolution to this matter. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again in the future. Hands down the worst place to go. Put a quarter in 20 different washers and you might find one that works
