I have had no problem with the washers bit it's like playing the lottery with the dryers a lot of them don't work. But overall decent place to do laundry in area that's walking distance from where I live

I feel like you have to spend an extended period of time using a laundromat before you can review it. In this case, I spent a month using this as my primary laundry mat, and now I feel comfortable writing a review.
First off, this laundromat is the epitome of self-run. This isn't a bad thing, as laundromats should pretty much run on their own. This particular location doesn't have an attendant, but the coin machines reliably dispense out change, so I've never run into an issue.
Most of the machines are in working order, and there's the typical dispensaries for soap and dryer sheets. When I first arrived I felt like they were missing a big opportunity to generate revenue by having a broken vending machine, but before my stay was over, they ended up replacing it with a working one.
During the day, the lights don't come on to full brightness, but at night, it's a pretty well lit area. I can't say it's the safest location because the cameras only point toward the two coin dispensary machines in case someone tries to steal them.
In summary, it's not the worst place to do your laundry, but it's surely not the best. The distinguishing factor in any laundromat is how well the machines actually clean, and the machines here only clean at an average level. I found any moderate stain on any of the clothing that I brought to the location never came out, leading me to lose two pairs of pants and a sweatshirt in a month.
The pricing is why I'm sure many people return to this location, as two weeks of clothing cost about $8 to launder for a single person. Unfortunately, I can't make a strong recommendation on this place.
