Ever since we paid for the laser hair removal packages, my daughter and I have received bad service. For our first appointment we went there and they were closed.  I understand life happens, but how about informing us they are closed due to an emergency?  Then they rescheduled the second appointment.  When we finally met them in person I went above and beyond to build a friendly relationship since the nurse will work on laser hair removal for my daughter but she has always been unfriendly,  short and curt. Even when she works on you, one does not feel any warmth from her - and I have had laser procedures elsewhere.  My daughter cries each time, yet she never does anything to make her feel comfortable.Getting appointment is always difficult too since she is on vacation weeks at a time or they are closed.For my last visit, I rushed there from work and the nurse was not there.  For a 5 mins underarms laser removal I was there for 50 mins.  When I informed the lady at the front they should have texted me or called me to inform me they are not on time, she agreed.  I made more appointments for me since my daughter does not want to be treated here.  The lady at the front called the nurse and talked about me in their language. She takes me in the back room, I wait some more and the nurse comes in and asks me "when did we ever inconvenience you?  If anything, I have been very patient with you and your daughter".  Her tone was horrible.  I understand things happen and people run late, but how about apologizing for keeping me waiting?  I told her someone should have informed that you were not at the office and she said well you had already left to come here when I was stuck on 101.  And guess what, I checked the accident report on 101 yesterday and there was no accident, so clearly they lied.I would never recommend this medspa to anyone, they have been rude, harsh and have not made us feel welcome at all. Zero customer service and they choose who to be nice to.

This place is a piece of HEAVEN...Suzie is truly exceptional when it comes to lip fillers ....either all natural or voluptuous she"s your girl if I could I would give her 10 stars this is the place you want to go to..All the staff here are genuine and always in good spirit..love the vibe Thank you SUZIE!!!! I will be back
