        I had a lawn conversion to drought-tolerant plants done at our residence in Dec., 2022. Bayscape Landscape Management acquired the company which had done the work in Jan., 2023. Unfortunately, some concrete work sloped toward our garage, several plants had died, and the irrigation controller needed rewiring. At my spouse's suggestion, I contacted Bayscape in April expecting a laugh and a hang up. Much to our surprise, their Construction Manager, Rick Gallo, had his skillful men take care of everything! This included replacing plants, relocating the irrigation controller, reattaching weathered valve connection wires properly with weather-proof wire nuts, and several return visits until everything was perfect. All of this elective work was completed with the knowledge and approval of Bayscape's owner, Tom Ellington. Bayscape has earned my highest admiration and appreciation for redefining my previous understanding of the meaning of "going the extra mile" for its customers!
