I absolutely love purchasing wonderful jewelry from Kim Son Jewelry.  Ken and his staff go out of their way to make happy customers- they are very reasonable and honest about their work ethic and have a beautiful assortment of jewelry.  I truly appreciate and enjoy shopping there!Sylvia

The first time I was here to add some lost stones to my mother's ring. The new stones fell out within 2 weeks!The second time I was here to resize my own ring. Repair fee isn't cheaper and he ruined my ring I won't even wear it anymore.

Ok I really like this store cause they allow layaway.   Now I was paying for a necklace for year and I saved up to get it out .. I also had another purchase but I didnt have the recite  cause it got lost during  time period but I had the other recite for the other item that I remember  saving  both at the same time. She gave me attitude  and say i cant getvit out or get refund but yet she gave me the other item .. I mean geez at least give me a refund or let me show u my Id. Then she went on at said if I give it too you  and u bring me the recite  you going complain that I didnt receive it.  I mean dont you think that unprofessional  and little immature  . I was honest all I wanted was to get out my necklace.. what a hassle.  there are  alot of other jewelry store in that shopping mall I  will tell you now dont buy from this shop ....  even the lady recognized  me she wouldn't even let me pay for it .. smh .. dont come here unless you want a headache
