eTrigue is as good as it gets. Marketing Automation for the rest of us.eTrigue support is amazing. Their team will review my campaigns, suggest improvements, and generally seems to care that I am successful. We have used other marketing automation platforms previously, only to be left with promises of functionality that were not flexible, were difficult to use, or took months of training for our team. eTrigue Demand Center is very easy to use, We have a small team, and frequently have new hires that need to be able to work on programs within a few days of their start date. We have been able to bring on new team members, have them up to speed within a day, and creating their own marketing campaigns the same day.We had an initial problem configuring a salesforce field, though the eTrigue support team quickly showed us where to make a change and get things working correctly.If you have a small team in your marketing department, or zero folks who are dedicated to demand generation, you should seriously look at eTrigue for your needs. We are very happy with our decision to use eTrigue and can't begin to share our appreciation for their support team's responsiveness, and desire to help.
