Ive been in Real Estate for 16 years and finally I have a company that does what they say they will do. Ive relocated to a new area where no one knows me and have resided in this little town for two years. Without giving his secrets away, Jeff has my phone ringing. The quality of calls Ive received so far: two all cash buyers for $300,000 and $900,000, a couple that need to buy a home and sell, a gentleman needing to evaluate his $1.5 million sales price and already has the buyer, another relocating from Washington looking to rent and possibly purchase in the future and none of them had representation yet and they were calling me. He has created a presence for me that no other has offered or accomplished. Ive paid many in my industry to promote me and my services. Jeff just kept it simple and assisted me with technology that has been at my fingertips for years. With my deepest appreciation, Thank you Jeff and CloudGenuity for a wonderful turn around in my new area and great start to 2021.
