    Overall, I have had good experiences with allstate. I was not happy with the quality of work preformed by crash champions which was one of all states preferred and recommended repair shops. They totally rushed the repairs, the paint quality was horrible and they repaired parts which I was told would be replaced, and didn't repair them back to pre collision standards. So I'm a little disappointed in that recommendation. Other wise allstate is an amazing insurer.

    My family and I have been using this agency for years and everything is great until you need to use your policy for a legitimate reason. I had 2 events happen in my home in the same year that were completely out of my control. One was weather related and my fence was knocked down. I would have received less than my deductible since the value of the fence is depreciated due to Allstate's "guestimate" on the age of the fence. Took that as a loss. The second time was due to a leak behind my shower wall and due to Allstate's ridiculous exclusion policies, that was not covered either. It was made to seem that I knew the leak was going on and I was negligent (apparently I'm supposed to be able to see right through my wall). It's unfortunate when you need to use your policy for a legitimate reason, Allstate will find any possible way not to pay. Yet they expect their monthly dues..... When I called Connie and explained my frustration, the best response she could give me was "well if you would've filed 2 claims in the same year that would have looked very bad for you and you could've been cancelled". Not the response I was expecting. Again, they're great until you need them. Then you're just handed off to the claims department that will give you the runaround and take their sweet time to "investigate" your claim to buy them enough time to find a reason not to pay out on a policy you're forced to have. You are NOT in good hands with Allstate.

    If I could give this place a -10, I would! Their employee whoever Maria is. I contacted this company and this person over a month ago letting her know when my current insurance would expire. I told her when I needed to have insurance. I did everything step-by-step as she needed. And she said she had to go out of town and when she came back, she would notify me to make an appointment to have my car inspected so we can wrap up the policy. So I dont hear from her and I noticed the date. So I reach out, she calls back and accuses me of waiting a month since our last email correspondence to be the reason that they cannot write up my policy. And my last correspondence with her was not via email it was on the phone, but she doesnt let you get an a word edgewise as she is trying to excuse the fact that she dropped the ball. Shes not willing to accept blame. And then she wouldnt let me speak to the owner of the company. I guess this is the type of service that they do cover up their mistakes blame it on the customer. I do not recommend this company for anybody! And as I just read right now, are the reviews I guess theyve done this before. Unfortunately I didnt read the reviews before I reached out. And I honestly didnt think that they would do this when Im in need of insurance and my other insurance is expiring. So overall I would never ever recommend anybody to go here not even my worst enemy! Like I said -10.

We had quoted you several weeks ago and when you called to go forward with the policy, unfortunately Allstate had shut down writing new Auto and Home policies in California (as did many other carriers in California). We had no advance warning that this would occur. We are sorry that we couldn't write your policy. We want to write new business, but our hands are tied right now. We will get back to normal in the near future,Please note that are ratings are all very high. We work hard to maintain that high rating. We will discuss this with our employee (new to our agency) so she better explain the situation.
