My previous lender TIAA has underlining contract with this company, they purchased home insurance with this company without noticing us(when we already have our own home insurance). As a first time property buyer we are not clear about the details. The policy renewed again and again for 5 years and kept charging us without any authorization from us, it is definitely a fraud! We are trying to find a way get our money back. Trust me, if you are smart, don't go with this company.

There are two major problems with the insurance agent, 1. Their auto insurance product is about $100 more expensive than others. 2. The check they issued has the risk of not being able to clear with banks. I tried to cash their check, however the check was revoked by the insurance company and my bank charged me a punishment fee that. Then I found that the cause was the insurance agents failed to update my address with the insurance company, even though I filled their address change form and got email confirmation from the agents before. I called the agent but they refused to take any responsibility, even though it is totally their fault. Very dishonest and difficult to deal with. Overall, please just save your time and money by not using their service.
