        Alan has been our insurance agent for over 10 years.  He has always been responsive and supportive.  His customer-centered approach reminds me of what people mean about when they the personal relationships in business which are so rare nowadays.  Fortunately, we have not had many needs to files claims with American National, but on the few occasions where something has happened, they've been great too.  I'd highly recommend both Alan and American National.
