image We bought Hyundai Tuscan in 2019 , Capitol Expressway dealership were so customer focused, we walked out so happy.
Looking to upgrade to a 7 seater, I made Hyundai my first stop (hoping to walk out with a new car ) but they salesperson and the manager supposedly named Buddy were so unprofessional.
I should have listened to my friends when they mentioned Hyundai is becoming a money making dealership rather than customer centric .

image So I'd scheduled an appointment for a test drive. The next day or so, an associate reached out to me over SMS to confirm my appointment. I did so, and I clarified the trim of the car that I specifically was interested to check and test drive. I got the confirmation, I was happy.
The day of my appointment, I reached this place. I'm directed to the desk of the associate I spoke to. And they remembered seeing my appointment and the car that I was interested in.
Was I able to test drive the car? No
Why? Because they weren't able to find the key of the car. Oh, so they have the car. But they don't find the key for it? Wow!?
And for how long? I was made to wait for atleast 75 minutes. At this point, I'd lost all interest.
Did they offer to pay for my cab rides? No.
Did they offer to drop me back home? No.
Basically I wasted my time and money on nothing! I mean, how hard is it to take care of one car key?
Definitely not visiting this place again!

image Si pudiera otorgarle media estrella, lo hara sin duda alguna. Si no fuera por la atencin de Henry, que via email me dio descuento para mi vehculo, pondra media estrella. Manej cinco horas, junto a mi esposa y mi beb desde Lake Balboa, en Van Nuys a recoger mi Veloster. Todo bien hasta la llegada, pues primero el vendedor con el que habl ni siquiera estaba. Al menos su hermano fue amable, pero a la hora de firmar con el agente financiero Ricky Robello empez la autntica pesadilla. Su trato fue abusivo, irrespetuoso e indiferente. Ya tena aprobado mi crdito con un banco y el insisti en que tomara el de su financiera. Menospreci mi banco. Retard lo ms que pudo nuestro proceso de firmas. Se comport arrogante. Atendi primero a otras personas que llegaron media hora despus de nosotros. En resumen, debido a su actitud ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido financiando un vehculo con Hyundai. Y para empeorar el asunto, ni siquiera me envi el contrato en formato digital. Manejar cinco horas para que un empleado abusivo te arruine el da es algo que a nadie se lo deseo.
