Design Heating and Air Conditioning

Requested an estimate for new heating & cooling. Estimate was delayed as the guy was 3 hours late. The estimate itself was ~ $27000.00 Needless to say, we went with JE Moore and they did the job in a week for $18000.00. Save your time & money. Contact ANY other hvac place.

I'm giving this place a 2 star. I keep hearing bad and good things from people who used them and people who worked for them. For my self I think they are trying to low ball people. So I wouldn't recommend them.

Overall poor customer service! Scheduled an appointment for this past Monday morning. Get a call that they need to cancel because of an emergency and tell me they dont know when they can get to me. So I scramble for another company to help me out. Without any communication.. their technician comes out to take a look at the problem. However, is unprepared to fix the identified problem and will not fix it. Says it has to be rescheduled. Call the office and I talk to Lisa. Claims he was only out to give me an estimate. Was supposed to get a call this morning concerning the estimate and schedule the technician to fix the problem. Never heard back. After having another day without ac. Reached to another company. Came out late in the morning and resolved the issue. This company has little sense of urgency in helping customers. Lacks communication. If you want a job done with responsible communication and a sense of urgency... this is not the company. Go elsewhere. Will save you a lot of mental annoyance and grief!
