        Like how pizza got reimagine to be a blank canvas for unique flavors, Umai does it with hot dogs. Great ingredients, unique flavor combinations, and excellent execution. Did they Kyoto hot dogs, chicken wings, and chili cheese fries. All bomb. Definitely will be back.

        The food is just not as good as it used to be. Last time I went my brisket fries were very stale and cold. Decided to give it another chance months later, and the wings were so oily that the sauce slid right off of them so I didnt really get to enjoy them either.
