I have bought three new cars from this dealership throughout the years, and serviced my cars at this location. I do not know what happened to the service and parts department. They take advantage of their customers. If you have to change the shells or covers to your car keys they charge $300 per key which is $600 for a total of two keys. Let me say it again if the plastic cover breaks it costs you $300 per key. I asked the service departments Assistant Manager, Thomas if I cant afford this price do you mean to tell me I wont be able to drive my car. The gentleman said yeah pretty much you wont be able to drive. He didnt care to work anything out. This is very interesting because they would give me a discount if I need to service my car but you cant help me out on the fees regarding the shell covers to keys? 15+ years going by your location and this is how you treat your customers? I live 35-40 minutes out of the area to go to your location. This is so upsetting. Man didnt care at all. He didnt care if I need my car to go back and forth to work. He had a I dont care tone and attitude. I dont have $600 to waste. Dont fall for the smiles, they dont care you, they only care about making money.
