Home Helpers was a really big help when it came to caring for my grandfather. Finding a reliable caregiver is always difficult, even more so after COVID. After trying several private caregivers, we found it immensely helpful to have a consultation with Ketan, run through my grandfather's needs and our expectations from a caregiver. Home Helpers did their level best to find a suitable caregiver, and provided us with some quality caregivers in the interim while they worked to find us the best fit. Really grateful to their team for helping us do that.

Lots of promises during interview and contract signing, but fulfilled none of them. In three weeks my parents had three different care givers, and several missed days. If you are needing only part time help, this is not the place.

Ive Worked for Home Helpers, for approximately 3 years, and I must say that my experience Working With Ketan Shaw, and his Staff has been a Great experience, He always manages to find people to Occupy his Staff that are Knowledgeable and are Compassionate about this Are where it concerns Seniors & They Keep Me Busy, Times have been rough through Covid, but nevertheless Ive been busy, there response time beats any Agency that Ive worked for and Ive worked for Many, being in this line of work for well over 15yrs. There need to Serve this Community is Always there Priority, I Can go on and on, I am A Senior myself and understand the need to Pair Caregiver to Client it is the utmost of importance and this is what they provide in sending Me Out to Clients that Fit!. Too Ketan even though Your My Boss I feel Our Friendship has developed in a understanding of whats important in meeting All these needs. Im Honored to Review Our HomeCare Agency:)!!!

I have been with this agency for almost a year. I need a caregiver for my 86 years old mother. Unfortunately, we havent had much luck so far. Heres our journey. Our first caregiver was a complete disaster - a terrible attitude of complete lack of care and attentiveness, and mostly didnt show up at all. We were absolute discouraged and terrified whom they were going to send next. Second lady was very good at first but she became unreliable as she was constantly late or didnt show up at all. She had a unique kindness and compassion for my mother which we appreciated. However, it simply because unsafe when she came 4 hours late and my mom was left alone. Third caregiver was reliable and responsible but didnt have the personal touch and compassion. She quit after 3 weeks. My mother has a dementia and doesnt respond well to changes so we are on a hunt for a long term reliable and compassionate caregiver. I am unsure if we can find one. We are about to get our 4th one - Ill update.
