They really need to improve their communication. I texted them to inquire if they had a certain item and got a "yes" response. But when I went to the store, they do not have the item (and no, it was not out of stock; they just don't sell it). Basically wasted my time/energy. If you are looking for Chinese herbs/medicine or certain specialty food items and happen to be nearby, they are ok (not great, not bad). But if you can get it online, just get it online; it's much easier.

I had covid and cough a lot, so I asked for herb to ease my cough. After they gave me the med, I ask a few question regarding side effects, guidelines because I was taking Advils. The lady (short hair) was meant and said that if you have many question and so worried about it then dont take it. (In the rude way). I told her that I dont know about it tans that was why I askedand your job was to help me, a covid patient, instead of pushing me away. Was that how a petient/customer be treated? She was saying something else and I said I would write a review for bad customer service and she said go ahead I think they should change the way they serve or else they will loose more customers
