40 minutes waiting time. Its a waste of time and effort. Very low staff for such a big store . Cheap but to much to wait few customers are walk out away .

Don't buy water heaters there. They won't back up the product they're selling. Manufacturer is a nightmare to deal with and you have to pay for a plumber to look at the unit.

This is an awesome place - a wide range of plumbing supply parts with very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
