        Had a question regarding their services. Left multiple voicemails with no response. We stopped by the shop and asked the question. Was told the owner would need to answer that. Was also told the owner would call us back the next day. Two days had passed and still no response. Don't care how great their haircut is. It's lacking the basic customer service from the top/owner.
