        I called Bishops Downtown San Jose to make an appointment to get my hair done. Usually, I am very anxious to get anything done to my hair. I got paired up with Ly Nguyen and she did such a good job with making me feel extremely comfortable! Ive never felt safer with someone doing my hair and knowing exactly what I want! She did an excellent job with communicating everything thoroughly with me and walked me through everything step by step with what she was doing. Once she confirmed with me, I let her work her magic. Needless to say, I fell in love with the process and she did an extremely exceptional job! I will definitely be coming back for future cut and dye jobs!

        Best experience so far in all the Bishops I've been to. The complementary hair wash to my long cut was a lovely little surprise. Excellent haircut by Meagan, who's also a cool person. Lovely team environment too.
