        I got my hair done by Lucy the color I got wasnt the issue. I had bleach in my hair for a long period of time , Lucy didnt test strand any hair before placing bleach on my entire hair. Before washing my hair I asked Lucy will this make any of my hair fall out she said no , When it was time to wash out the bleach my hair was falling out. After the wash my hair was being blow dried it was so damaged and falling out as well. My hair is now in the worst condition its ever been in my life its so damaged , thin and there is breakage from Lucys service. I am so disappointed Service: Hairstyling
