Family owned business. Pricey but what isnt now in days. Carnitas on a Saturday morning are the best. Dried beef jerky, also thr best. Get it by the pound. Produce is OK.

Yesterday I went to buy a chicken breast and fresh cheese. I didn't realize that the employee who served me gave me the chicken without wearing gloves, then he was going to give me the fresh cheese with the same hand with which he grabbed the raw chicken without washing it and without wearing gloves, the cheese landed on his hand and apart from making me very sick. It seems dangerous to me because raw chicken could have bacteria. I told the employee that it was unsanitary not to wear gloves and he told me that they were orders from the owner to reduce spending on gloves. I told him that that is very sound and that he could please ask for a glove to give me the cheese. When I was going to cook the chicken at home, when I opened the bag, it was stinky and full of Ema Toms and black blood. Ovio threw it away and the cheese too. I hope no one gets sick badly. Personally, I won't buy it again, in fact I never buy it just because I went to buy a tamale.
