We used Imagen Construction to do upgrades in two of our bathrooms. Carlos was very professional & friendly. He and his crew provided great quality work. They addressed any unforeseen hick ups free of charge and helped us with some misc. things as well. *** NEW *** After a year, we discovered that one of the upstairs tub had its overflow installed improperly and it damaged the downstairs bathroom ceiling. I called Carlos, and he sent a team to diagnose. They realized the issue and fixed it (fixed the overflow and replaced the ceiling) COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE. They took full responsibility. Imagine doing a remodel with two kids under two in the middle of a pandemic! We hired Carlos and his team to help us with adding a shower to our bathroom, do a kitchen refresh, install ceiling lights and new flooring. The initial walkthrough was comprehensive, quote was competitive and they were super responsive. Carlos was incredibly patient through the delays with getting permits from the city and our last minute additions to the project. We recently had Robert and his team do a remodel in our home at San Jose and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. From the get go, Robert was punctual, through, extremely organized and reliable. He completed a extensive kitchen remodel which included some structural changes, updated flooring and texturing and painting almost our entire house in 3 weeks. We were so impressed by his precise planning and execution, he coordinated experts for each component of the remodel and was always there to oversee and fix things as needed. Our vision for our kitchen turned out even better than we imagined. He gave us suggestions on where to buy raw materials as well as on what kind of material will be durable and look amazing.
