WM - Guadalupe Rubbish Disposal Facility

This place is convenient, but a complete rip off. They supposedly charge per ton, but I was charge 960 lbs of trash for less than 100 lbs of cardboard. I didnt catch that until I left. And how are they possibly waste management? They treat everything as trash. Cardboard should have a designated recycling bin or something. $112.46 for less than 100lbs of literally cardboard. Cardboard should be free. Only because I was in a hurry did I pay the fee. This is California? A state so concerned about pollution and recycling? I will never come to this location again. Its robbery and they should be investigated for criminal activity. Ill drive to recology in San Carlos before I ever come here again.

Every time I go to Guadalupe landfill . The man operating the machine Luis M very respectful guy hard worker all the time. its good still seeing hard working ppl out there.

My experience today was just ok. The young man at the front office was busy on his phone and just told me it would be $116.00 no matter what that was the base price. I said ok and told him that I didn't have alot. No response. He just pointed which way to go and I left. No customer service When I got to where I was supposed to be, I had to where a vest.i guess so they can see you. When I was finished I went back to the front office. The young man was still on his phone. Not good service. When I saw my bill being $116.00 I asked that's alot for card board and small trash. The price is a little to high also you need better at the front office I only gave 3 stars because the guy at where I dumped was actually help full.
