After looking through Yelp and Google for a company to replace our garage door springs, I decide to put out a request for a quote. Ethan at True Blue Garage Door responding promptly with a detail estimate for parts and labor. Since this was the most detailed, up front answer, and reasonable quote I received, I decide to have them come out to confirm. Thaddeus was here within 2 hours, and my garage door springs were replaced within 45 minutes. Everyone was patient and willing to answer questions. They had the BEST price of all the quotes received on line and in person. They have the expertise and customer focus that anyone would want. I will call True Blue for my future Garage door needs. They are professionals in every sense.

Our garage door broke at 8pm on a Thursday and I messaged a number of local shops to explore repair options. True Blue were one of the first to respond, and immediately scheduled a crew to come in first thing Friday morning. They were upfront and transparent about pricing, incredibly professional and efficient, and very communicative throughout the process. To top it off, they even checked the rest of the garage door mechanism and warranty their work for 3 years! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service, and especially Josh S!

True Blue Garage Doors are located in San Jose/Santa Clara area. Found them through Google and Yelp. Quickly sent me a detailed estimate and their price was the lowest. Came in within the 2 hour time frame and within a day of the initial quote. Work was done exactly as quoted and scoped . Work involved replacing spring, cables and drums for each door (total 2 doors). They even installed new rollers for each door . They provide 3 year warranty on the springs. Friendly and professional and great prices . If you live in Bay Area near San Jose/ Santa Clara area, would recommend.
