They did not provide the 21 Gun Salute for my father who's a Vietnam veteran after we had a verbal contract. So much for honoring our Veterans and there family's. They didn't even notify us that they made a mistake and booked two military families and same time and Anthony said they had to prioritize, so my dad and our family was not a priority. They are quick to take your money and not follow through on families wishes for the dead.

We were told viewing was from 4pm-7pm... and we got kicked out 6:30pm. Price is fair but at least they can be honest on what the time is availability on the times.

Sadly, I recently experienced the kind and attentive service of Chapel of Flowers when my BFF's mother passed.  I helped her with the pre-funeral prep and details and attended the service. The staff was caring, attentive, beyond accommodating and very aware of the delicate nature of the need to conduct their business in the midst of one of life's greatest losses.  My friend was treated like family. Her needs were addressed immediately and there was no request too extraordinary or beyond their scope. They did it all. Her mother was treated like royalty.  She was cared for gingerly and with the greatest level of respect. At some point in life we will all be faced with having to make service arrangements for a loved one... when that time comes, Chapel of Flowers should be one of the first calls made.
