I placed an order with Thien Lan Florist for the first time for my father's funeral, with less than a week's notice. It was such a positive experience for a difficult time, that I wanted to make sure I share it. I placed my order via text message based on their numbered website images. I requested all white flowers which they had no issue accommodating. They were super quick to respond, professional, and the process was so straightforward and easy. My order arrived and was set up on time and as beautiful as pictured/ specified. What I also deeply appreciated was the man who delivered it. He expressed his sincere condolences and even offered a small prayer and bow of respect for my dad. I would highly recommend this business to everyone and not hesitate to work with them again for future needs.

Thien Lan Florist did a great job on the 5 sprays for memorial service I ordered ! They not only fulfilled the customized requests on the flowers and colors, the flowers were very fresh and nice . The sprays were large and very beautiful! Also noteworthy, I ordered labels written in Chinese, and the labels were nicely done without any errors and in great lithography penmanships !
