I recently used this service to replace carpet with wood floor and three other bedrooms replacing carpet. Tracee was very pleasant to work with anytime day or night If I messaged her she got right back to me with answers to all my questions.Jack (installer) did a perfect job installing my carpet. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Tracee was amazing to work with. I had a specific window of time to get my offices demo-ed and carpet installed, she was able to get the carpet I wanted as well as move her installer's schedules around to accommodate my requests. Jack (the carpet installer) was on time, courteous, and professional. He cleaned up when he was done and other than the new carpet, there was no trace he was ever there. Tracee called me to follow up, asked me if I was happy with how it all came out, (which I am VERY happy) She also told me that if I see something at a later time just to call and she would send someone out to help me out. I'm so happy with how the 2 offices came out, I am going to have them install the carpet thru out the balance of our offices, conference room, hall ways, and stairs. I was so excited to work with a family owned & run business. It's important to our company to support small / local businesses, and Affordable Carpets and More did not disappoint.
