Robert is always helpful and keeps me updated on delivery status for my job orders. And you just can't beat the pricing... They are also the factory direct supplier of eco-friendly Korlok by Karndean, which is LEED & Global Greentag certified and has the lowest VOC emissions of any vinyl flooring. I have a 100+ year old house and the bedroom is cold in the winter. Robert helped me pick out several samples to check out and take home. I made my choice and they bound it into a rug instead of installing wall to wall as was my preference. Robert and Allen then delivered and unrolled it into my room and it fit perfectly. Always try to shop your local businesses. The quality and service always exceeds a large chain.

The lady I was working with for a simple 12x6 sq ft of linoleum for my bathroom told me "this is the 21st century" when I balked at a $300 price tag for my linoleum. That is equivalent to $37.50 per sq ft. Oh, she also mentioned a $25 fee for just cutting the linoleum to the size that I needed. Well, I would like to say to her and to Abbey Carpet & Floor that yes, this is the 21st century, and you hade better get with it, because how consumers buy things is changing rapidly, and it is not for the better for stand alone businesses like AC&F. I purchased an equivalent or better piece of 12x6 sq ft linoleum at Home Depot in Santa Clara (they have an excellent selection of linoleum) for $5.99 per sq ft for a whopping $49. No charge for the cutting of the linoleum for the size that I needed. :) Consumers are very savvy with their purchases, and AC&F is stuck in the 19th century, as far as the pricing of their products. Good luck AC&F, because you are going to need it!

Beautiful and durable, I love my vinyl floors! We have three medium size dogs and you wouldnt know by my floors , they look great.
