        I highly recommend Conklin Bros. From the beginning when I stepped in the store, Milan was there to guide and advise for my preferences. He knows his products. Srecko, the installer, is a wizard and laid the most beautiful herringbone pattern wood EVER. They all were professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire job. Life is so much better when working with caring people. Thank you!

        DO NOT go to CONKLIN Brothers (www.conklin brothers.com) for flooring in the Bay Area. The installer neglected to safely intstall our carpeting, leaving the stairs bare, with upraised nails on every stair, staples protruding, and folded up carpet at the to waiting to trip someone. The situation is unsafe, but they REUFSE to do anything about it until at leas tomorrow moring. They told us to "just put some towels down and be careful." They refused to make the staircase safe in any way tonight. We have to wear shoes to the top, then take them off at the top so that we don't walk on the new carpet with our shoes. It would only take one slip for a very serious injury to occur.

        I live next door to Conklin brothers and I was just attacked verbally by the employees just for living next door! never buy your carpets or flooring from this community haters! They treat their neighbors disrespectfully. And I was just walking by . I went inside to complain to the managers and they don't care they said you people get out!

Rick works out of our San Jose showroom. Our business is based on providing real value and the best service. You can always find cheap carpet and flooring. It s everywhere, from the Internet to warehouse stores. You may not be able to tell the difference on the surface, but once you live on it for awhile, you won t be happy.
