Hugh is amazing! He's extremely knowledgeable and will patiently answer all your questions. He's also very good at pointing out things you didn't know or think about but need to. He's a fantastic resource.

This was our first time doing floors/big house project and we spent a lot of time finalizing the materials. Rose and Hugh were so patient and communicative in helping us choose our flooring. They carry a wide collection of  flooring and took the time to explain to us what we needed to know and we left with a flooring we LOVE. They weren't pushy and allowed us to take our time in making our decision and answering questions along the way. Top notch customer service!

We were referred to 800 Floors by our contractor and could not be happier.  With a name that starts with 800 etc, you would think that this is some big warehouse that has hit or miss customer service.  What we found the the exact opposite.  I worked with the owner, Hugh, directly and he spent a lot of time to help us pick out a few high quality floor options based on our needs and style preferences.  We ended up buying all of our flooring there and Hugh's team installed it very quickly once it arrived.  His attentiveness to his customers and high touch approach was what we wanted.  After the installation, his team came out again to do any touch ups, etc that we requested.  Hugh even made us custom touch up putty that we can use in the future.  We love our new floors and love the service just as much!  If you are looking for flooring, definitely check them out and you won't regret it!

My husband and I had an amazing experience getting our floors here! Rose and Hugh were soo helpful, patient, and kind during the whole process. The store carries a big range of options to choose from! We looked at a number of places and 800 floors prices were very reasonable which helped us out considering we went through a huge renovation. Rose recommended products that were in exactly line with the style we were going for, but also met the great quality we were looking for! When there were certain products we liked, she gave very helpful and honest feedback about each one. I really appreciated how they even sent photos of a specific wood floor we liked to help us make our final decision, and even stayed after hours one time to let my husband see samples to accommodate our work schedule. They really went above and beyond outstanding customer service. We highly recommend this place!
