Majid is very responsive and helped us to find missing and buy hardware . Floor installation team is really good. They are always on time. They helped us to find solutions for all flooring issues. We would highly recommend working with Bay Area Magic Flooring and Majid. Majid provided us a very good customer experience. He actively participated in the process of choosing the correct hardwood/tiles and also went with us to several showrooms to make the appropriate choice. He kept us well informed on the pros and cons of what we were choosing. He took full responsibility of ordering all the material and making sure it arrived per schedule. He finished all the work per the promised schedule and was also committed to support on the minor things that were outstanding even after receiving the payment. I was in need of having flooring done in Campbell. I found Bay Area Magic Flooring in Yelp and put in a request. I immediately got a response from Majid and set up an appointment for the same day. He was very professional and gave us a very reasonable pricing and the job was done the very next morning. They were professional, knowledgeable and capable. We are very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again.

These guys are great. Communication was clear. Showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently yet the job was done perfectly. First time I have used them but will definitely use them again. This was for a tile replacement job in Los Gatos. thanks.
