Ordered a family meal and a chicken sandwich and took them a very very long time. They care more about the doordash orders then the people ordering there.

Horrible horrible customer service. Took my grandma 89 years old and she didnt know how to use a kiosk she went to the counter to order and they told her she needed to use a kiosk. If she went alone she wouldnt have been able to order. As i was helping her the employees seemed to just be standing around. I went on to help other older customers who were struggling with the kiosk while the employees stood behind a counter talking. My mom called the store to complain and the phone rang and rang with no answer. We then went to call the feedback number and instead of talking to someone they tell you someone will text you soo to help you. My mom had a hard time texting she doesnt know how to that well. Anyway never again it was terrible it sucked if I could give a negative I would.
