Worked with the staff to set up my estate planning, never interacted with Cheri directly, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The only call out I would have is that you get communication from various people during the process, which can get difficult to keep track or carrying out a conversation throughout your case. You kind of have to keep searching your email on who sent what question.
