Armando and his team are good guys and did great work!!! Due to storm damage, we had to replace the waterline from our well to the whole home water tank. Armando was quick to come out and assess the situation. The next day, his team installed about 200 feet of weatherproof cables to get power down to the well again. Armando is our electrician for life! He has been great from the start. Knowledgeable and creative in developing a plan for our odd property in the mountains, on a slope and unideal conditions. I called to get an estimate at first I think his name was Jeffrey I explained that I needed a back up generator and he suggested he would prefer to perform the work without permit  because of the city's arduous process  . I said I wanted to do the project with permit and ask how much that would cost he said he was going to call me back .. I called him the next day to get the estimate still none. and the next then the next he said he was getting estimates for other vendors he's going to use ... I'm still waiting for an estimate , maybe I should get the hint ...that he doesn't want to do the job or doesn't want to deal with the city . I'm thinking if he is like this before he does a job he might be like this when he is doing the job ..What do you think ?
