I dropped off a brand new white shirt and they actually created a new dark stain right on the front, so my shirt is ruined now. I was charged $40 for ironing on top of that.

Honestly I would never think to leave a review for alterations or dry cleaning but I seriously love this place! They do a great job, they're super fast, and I feel like the pricing reflects the job they do! The lady who works here is so kind and helpful!

These folks are super nice people, and I don't usually have a problem. Today I went in to pick up a shirt that I brought in straight out of the package. It was perfect when I dropped it off, and I know that because I checked it. When I picked it up it had a bunch of stains on it (it was a red shirt). And they weren't subtle stains AT ALL. The lady behind the counter pointed them out to me immediately, and said that I didn't check the shirt and she didn't so it's basically my problem. THEY STAINED MY SHIRT and instead of apologizing and compensating me, chose to tell me it was MY FAULT. I'm not saying don't use them, but check your stuff before dropping it off.

Too expensive and not willing to work with you on a price stating due to Covid she cannot.  Wouldn't you rather have a customer than not?  I guess in her case, NOT!!!   I left paying $55.00 for two workout jackets and a sweater, really?  I swore I would never come back and then I said okay I will give it one more chance.  Went in with two dresses, just normal summer dresses and she quotes me $30.00, I walked right out.
