They had cut the glass to the correct size, however, the holes were drilled incorrectly. We returned the glass and the shop replaced the glass with they holes drilled correctly at no charge and in a timely matter.

Dan was super helpful! I had to replace a missing door and he helped me figure out which model I needed. Then, over the phone, he guided my through all the necessary hinge and doorknob measurements so he could prep the door for installation. I got the door in about a week and a half, which was fine by me, because it fit perfectly! Working with this company was easy and they did excellent work!

Called three weeks ago for an update on my order. No response. Called back today and “Dave answered. He told me “yea your number is right here on my desk”...with no explanation for the lack of response. I asked a few questions in an attempt to understand where my order was (6 weeks late with no explanation or even an update). Dave grows frustrated and tells me “I’m twisting his words”...when all I am trying to do is figure out why my contractor hasn’t been called. Still no idea what’s happening with my order.

Lady at the front door not too amicable, she stated that the show room and the doors were in storage, I ask for pamphlets and she said that the only information available is online. ----------Not too customer oriented-----------------
