Its a very frustrating office to deal with. Its almost impossible to get someone to pick up your call, & if you need to talk to someone quickly forget it! This has been a continuing problem for years. It seemed for a short time u were working on this problem but it didnt last. Down a ways on the phone tree it does say that if u want to reach the front desk fast to press 6. What a joke! Very seldom does anyone pick up. Instead you get another message that says due to high call volume no one is avail. but pls leave a message & well get back to u as soon as we can & it could take up to 24 hrs (or is it 48?) before we can get back to you.. Really!!!. Why is there no one in the office picking up incoming calls??? What if u NEED to reach someone in the office immediately, then what? This is the only office that I know of that has u leave a message & it may take as much as 24 hrs to return your call. What if you are running late, youre sick & cant reach anyone, traffic backed up due to an accident which is what happened to me a few days ago. I arrived 10-15mins late & I had to reschedule my appt.. I had to continue driving there for them to tell me I couldnt be seen because no one takes care of incoming calls. Whoever runs the front offc needs to make some changes. You have abt 6-7 people sitting in the front office chking people in & out & u should have 1-2 people covering all calls! Sometimes people need to reach you right away! If you are so busy that u cant handle answering incoming calls maybe you are overbooking patients. There is usually a wait for when one arrives for an appt. In fact I rescheduled my appt that I was late for & had to wait 40-45 mins before seeing my doctor. Its not just your office that is busy, your patients are as well. Stop over booking & pick up calls please! Getting calls back for Prescription refills is a problem at times as well for me & my pharmacy. Often takes more than one call and/or messages, like 2-3. The only reason I keep coming back is that I really like my Dr, Dr Morales. Shes great! You really do need to make some changes however.

Dr Mak Fung was kind and quick! I was really nervous coming in to have a mole removed but the process was quick and painless.
