This company gave us a quote of $4500 to come in just for maintenance of our laser hair removal device. Now theyre trying to push a membership on us to bring the price down, but that membership costs money for little difference in the price. Basically, if you dont pay close to $20,000 a year for maintenance, this is the average cost for work of an hour for the tech to come. This is the besides the fact that there are ADDITIONAL charges if there is something else wrong. To make matters worse, you cant even hire an outside tech to come in because theres a specific key that they only make for the techs to come in and do the maintenance. Basically, they hold you as a prisoner and you will never own a machine from them because they hold you hostage with their ridiculous costs and keys. Practices be aware of the hidden costs and consequences associated with the purchase of their devices.
