Horrible service, slow and incompetent. If you're getting gas and paying at the pump its a no brainier, but if you have to go inside for any reason, be prepared to waste about 15-20min of your time even with the simplest question. Nobody seems to know anything. really confused people.

No attendant at 11pm even it states 24 hrs service. The gas pump got our credit card stuck inside credit card slot and no one helped us.

I came here yesterday night on an empty tank of gas with my 1 year old son and when we arrived the front door was locked and and back door was wide open so I knocked hoping the employee I seen before approaching would hear me. After several attempts she finally came to the door yelling at me because I was knocking loudly.. I explained why I was knocking and she just kept yelling, I tried to calmly restrain the situation by telling her "look, I'm not hear to argue with you and I'm not gonna stand here continuing to waste my time explaining because I have my son in the car and I just need gas." She then replied "too bad I'm not selling you anything." If this is the worst service you could possibly give someone by denying to sell them gas and practically leaving them stranded on empty having to drive 10 miles hoping I'd make it to another shell WITH A BABY IN THE CAR! I live down the street from this location and I can tell you I'm not gonna stop going to this location because of the employees decision to be disrespectful. I only go to shell as it's what my car asks for, FIRE SARAH! Ps. I should've hit the emergency stop button..

There are homeless all over, walking up and asking for money. I will not come here again.
