I found Brajan Construction (Jose is the owner), via our neighborhood Nextdoor where he was highly recommended. Jose responded promptly. He was very polite and was able to come by and send me a proposal to remodel 2 of our bathrooms.
We ended up choosing Jose and his crew at Brajan Construction to remodel our 2 bathrooms last year in 2021. I should first say that finding a reliable contractor who will do what they say they will do, is very difficult. This is especially true in a COVID world where everything is out of stock and you need to have a trustworthy contractor who is flexible in their schedule and willing to accommodate plans.
Jose is very quick to respond and follows up regularly. We chose him over several others due to his good reviews and his ability to schedule our job at the time we wanted. His crew is good. Tile work is well done and he knows the trade well. We developed a crack in one of our tiles months later and his tile guy came back and reinstalled a new tile seamlessly (not easy as it was a 16x48 porcelain tile). He is priced competitively. We insisted on heated tile floors and he accommodated us. He worked with city inspectors with our permits and inspections were all done properly. Work for the 2 baths finished in about 7 weeks with inspections. Worker are respectful and take all COVID precautions with safety and cleanliness.
As a highlight and example of his follow-through and customer service, I called Jose just this last week (6 months after we finished our remodel) to see if he could help me with our master bathroom (that he didn't remodel) faucet replacement as my regular plumber was unable to do it. Jose came by and was able to figure out a way to replace the faucets. I really appreciate this level of customer care and service.
I will highly recommend him. I am an engineer and hard to please and he was able to do that with his work and follow-up. I will be using him for future work. Pictures of our remodeled baths attached Service: Remodeling
