Santana Construction

They ruined the color of my concrete, and did not come back to fix it! They stained it and it is an awful color! Im very upset! They recommended staining it. I was not even for it, but he said it would be beautiful ugh terrible!

Working with Santana Construction was an awesome experience from start to finish. In fact, Jaime examined the house before we submitted an offer on our house and was there for us even after our project was complete. If you want the project completed properly the first time around and without delay, I would highly recommend that you pick Jaime and Santana Construction for your project. You will get a final product that is of the highest quality at a great value. Santana Construction did a complete remodel of my home and they were outstanding in performance and professionalism throughout the whole process. I bought a "fixer-upper" which needed extensive repairs and renovations. We bought the house and there was less than 2 months before school started for our kids, so there was a very tight schedule for an extensive amount of work. We were concerned about construction delays and costs and all the things that could go wrong. However, Jaime guided us through every step of the way, from helping us to inspect the house before purchase, to repairing all the termite and water damaged areas, designing and remodeling nearly every room in the house, completely repainting the interior and exterior, installing new floors and windows and overseeing the roof replacement. The project stayed within budget and time and we moved in early October. When the work was done, it was clear that the work was of a very high quality. Santana Construction really impressed me with their integrity, reliability, honesty, trustworthiness, dedication, hard work, creativity, and intelligence. Jaime led a professional team of highly skilled workers and subcontractors, was an excellent project manager, came up with creative design ideas, and calmly and effectively dealt with any unexpected problems that arose. Even the city inspectors who came to inspect the property were complimentary of the work that was done. I am very impressed with Jaime's dedication, commitment, intelligence and professionalism. Even after the project had concluded and we moved in, we noticed water damage from a leak that developed in our master bathroom, which was previously remodeled and therefore not renovated with the rest of the house. Multiple plumbers came to investigate the leak, including two from the insurer's new homeowner's warranty program and another very experienced plumber. They all concluded that the leak was the result of failure of the waterproofing of the shower pan, which would require the demolition and installation of new tiles of the shower stall to fix, at a cost of $6-9K. However, Jaime figured out an absolutely brilliant solution to repair the water leak without any demolition of the tiles whatsoever, and this spared us from the headache and mess of demolishing and installing the bathroom tiles while we were already living in the house. Jaime does great work, is honest, responsible, hard working, and most importantly really cares about his customers.
